Great job on a major pool reno.
Keiran is brilliant to deal with.
Honest, hard working and uses the best trades to support his builds.
We went from a jungle of a mess to hotel resort style pool and it was worth every bit of effort.
Would recommend you work closely with Keiran to get exactly what you want.

Who you’ll deal with

G’day, I’m Kieran.

I run SEQ Pool Renovations out of Southport. When you call, you get me. I come out, look at the pool, and give you honest advice and a clear quote.

I’m a QBCC licensed tiler, and for the bigger jobs I bring in trusted specialists, like our pebble finishers and concreters, so every part is done by someone who does it every day. Follow along on Instagram, where I post jobs as they happen.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Anything else, just call or text Kieran on 0400 511 558.

How long does a pool renovation take?
It depends on the job. A few examples from our Instagram: a waterline tile job at Helensvale was done in one day, our Miami job had a three-week turnaround, and the full Nerang renovation, with new concrete and surrounds, took about three months. You’ll get a time frame with your quote.
Pebblecrete or glass?
Both are great. Pebblecrete is the proven classic, and you can add clear or blue glass for sparkle. Glass crete gives a smoother look with more shimmer, all the way up to 100% glass. Kieran can talk you through both and show you finished jobs, or try our finish picker.
Why is prep such a big deal?
A new interior is only as good as what it bonds to. Painted pools are sandblasted back, and old surfaces are cleaned, scratched up and repaired first, so the new finish grips properly and lasts.
Why does a new interior get an acid wash?
An acid wash is always needed on a new pool interior to wash away the cement haze from the exposed finish, so the true colour and sparkle come through.
What’s epoxy grout and why use it?
Epoxy grout is stain proof, mould proof and waterproof, and easier to clean than regular grout. We use it on waterline tiles.
Do you fix cracks and leaks?
Yes. We find the cause first, then repair it with methods like epoxy injection and structural sealing, before restoring the surface. We also replace failed fittings like cracked return pipes.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Free and no-obligation. Kieran will come and look at the pool, explain your options and give you a clear price.
